My old hooks had other ideas — turns out they had no interest in fitting around anything thicker than a pencil, leaving me doing a sort of elaborate lanyard origami every time I needed to get some work done. It fits around padded and wrapped steel with about 3mm to spare, which in the world of work at height feels practically luxurious.
It's robust, reliable, and does exactly what it says on the tin — or in this case, the carabiner. No drama, no improvisation, no wrapping lanyards around things and hoping for the best.
If you work at height and need something that will actually grip what you need it to grip, stop scrolling. Your lanyard deserves better, and frankly, so do you.
