I ordered a product online this morning, I was emailed not too long after to say that my order was ready. On collection I realised I had ordered the incorrect size. The two chaps in thew Bury office were great and helped me correct the issue.
They were both very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Bury to anyone.

bought this to aid pulling several long and heavy cables through ducts, in comparison with the powered winches this was the cheaper option and would get to me in time, easy and quick to set up and simple to use and pulled the cables through with no issues what so ever. great addition to my ever going tool collection.

The build quality of the hand winch is very good; the only downside is that it takes a lot of turns to rise the washing line even if you’re just putting it up a little bit but overall, I am happy with my purchase.

After reviewing many options i discussed this winch with Sales , whom were very supportive and knowledgeable. I received this winch in June, installed into my garage and trialled it by pulling my caravan up my drive. It did the job perfectly and I am very pleased in the product quality, and end result.
