THE OPTION SUPPLIED WITH WIRE ROPE IS NOT SUPPLIED ATTACHED, CERTIFICATION WOULD BE DONE BY THE INSTALLER ONCE THE WINCH AND ROPE HAS BEEN INSTALLED.
