Stainless Steel Low Flat Two Hole Cleat - can be used an anchor point for ropes in marine vessels and other harsh, corrosive settings. Also referred to as: Halyard Cleat, Boat Cleat, or Rope Cleat.

Features two countersunk holes for reliable and durable installation.
