Conversion fitting kit for the Ifor Williams LM range Ref: 160-1
This kit comes complete with winch bracket & spare wheel bracket
* YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CUTTING TO DO AND BOLTS STRAIGHT ONTO THE TRAILER AND USES THE SPARE WHEEL MOUNT AS PART OF IT'S SUPPORT PLUS TAKE 30 MINS TO FIT.
** ONLY FOR MODELS 2015 ONWARDS
*** On Ifor williams LM range 3500kg trailers you need to change jockey wheel to a PO475H type ( or shorten it) as the handle will collide. This is with both models (horizontal and vertical mounting) of winches.

Hi I have a 2013 ifor williams lm146 and want to fit a horizontal 3t speed winch on it and wondered if the conversion kit ref160:1 would be suitable as it says 2015 models onward
I have just tried the mount bracket on my 1999 trailer and it fits. You will have to drill 4 holes to mount it and they MAY HAVE TO TRIM A BIT OFF THE SPARE WHEEL BRACKET and of course they will have to buy a spare wheel bracket to mount that. Mine didn't interfere with any other part of the trailer but this might not always be the case for all Ifor williams modlels

Looking at winch mount for Ifor LM126 trailer. The advert says 2015 onwards. What are the differences for the earlier models? Thanks
The only difference is the holes aren't put into the front of the trailer.
You will need to drill the holes to match the mount, this was about the time they started putting them into the crossmembers on the front of trailer.

Hi Just to confirm that this is designed as a direct mount onto an Ifor Williams LM series trailer and I will not have to drill my trailer chassis to mount it? It will be compatible with the factory Ifor Williams drilling already on the trailer? Thanks

The conversion kit does not require any drilling, it's been designed to bolt straight on*. (*for models from 2015)
