Spec
SP2TW20 comes with an 8 mm diameter x 12 metres long galvanised steel rope with eye hook on the end fitted to the winch. The wire winch can be used to pull at up to 20 degree angle side to side, and even more if using a fair lead. The drum is of a size in diameter that reduces wear and tear on the rope and positive anchorage of the rope to the drum for safety.

hi , would the speed winch be suitable for pulling a 14 ft sailing dinghy on a trailer up a drive way, also lower the assembly down in a controlled manner. weight of trailer and dinghy is about 550kg, drive has a slope of about 15 degrees. many thanks, Peter

Yes this would be do the job, we also offer a riser which will help, other customers have used this for pulling caravan up the drive, please see link below and video of the winch and riser in action.
